2018 Endoscopic Spine Health Conference

The Role of Endoscopic Surgery for Painful Conditions of the Spine

Co-sponsored by The University of New Mexico School of Medicine Continuing Medical
Education & Professional Development and IITS

Spine pain is one of the most disabling conditions, and is extremely common in the office of primary care clinicians. Some spine conditions are emergencies, and some are not.

This conference will clearly describe both serious and non-threatening spine conditions and offer extensive hands-on training in the physical examination skills that can help distinguish them.

The goal is to foster confidence in the interpretation of the clinical presentation to allow appropriate and effective triage of surgical and non-surgical spine patients.
